摘要
目的建立正常大鼠心电图Ⅱ导联参考值范围。方法应用SP2006心电图分析系统测得正常SD大鼠心脏电活动各个指标,并以IBM SPSS Statistics V22.0软件进行统计描述,获得参考值范围。结果雄性与雌性大鼠心率比较差异无统计学意义,但心电图P波、R波、QRS波持续时间、QT间期等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),这较好地反映人类心血管疾病发病率的男女差异在心电图上的表现。结论已建立正常SD大鼠雄性、雌性与总体的心率与心电图Ⅱ导联各个参考值范围。
Objective Establishing ECG lead Ⅱ reference values of normal rats. Methods Detection of cardiac electrical activity in normal SD rats by SP2006 ECG analysis system, And use IBM SPSS Statistics V22.0 software for statistical description, get the reference range. Results There was no significant difference in heart rate between male and female rats, but the difference of P wave, R wave, QRS duration and QT interval of ECG was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, which better reflected the difference between men and women in the incidence of cardiovascular disease in humans.
