摘要
目的探讨分析循证护理方法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)和疾疼痛时间持续的影响,以评价这一护理方法缓解患者疼痛的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年12月期间于本院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例,随机分成两组(观察组与对照组)。其中40例观察组患者予以循证护理方法,另40例对照组患者予以常规护理。观察两组患者VAS评分的变化情况及疼痛持续时间。结果 (1)VAS评分:护理后两组患者VAS评分均明显下降,且观察组患者VAS评分为(3.51±0.57)分,明显低于对照组的(4.73±0.21)分(P<0.05);(2)疼痛持续时间:观察组疼痛持续时间<12 h者21例,12～24 h者16例,>24 h者3例,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者,可以显著缓解患者术后疼痛感,缩短疼痛持续时间,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on visual analogue score（VAS score）and the duration of pain in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in order to evaluate the effect of this nursing method in alleviating the pain. Methods From January 2016 to De- cember 2017, 80 patients undergoing lapaxoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups （observation group and control group）. 40 patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing, and the other 40 patients in the control group were given rou- tine nursing. The changes of VAS score and duration of pain in two groups were observed. Results ①VAS score： After nursing, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the observation group was （3.51±0.57） scores, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （4.73±0.21） （P〈0.05）; ②The pain duration of the observation group was 21 cases of 12 h and 12-24 h 16 cases, 〉24 h, 3 cases, significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly alleviate postoperative pain and shorten the duration of pain. It is worthy of clinical application.
