摘要
为了提高安全生产管理的效率,在现代管理工程理论的基础上,对目前煤炭信息化现状进行了分析,确定了煤矿信息系统的功能需求并提出了一种基于RFID的现代化煤炭安全生产管理系统。首先,系统对原有的煤炭生产管理流程进行了优化,然后利用RFID技术对生产和运输进行全环节监控,并设计了相应的数据库来完成基本数据统计和业务管理。在Eclipse环境下采用JAVA语言和Oracle数据库对设计的系统进行了具体实现。系统应用结果表明,基于RFID的现代化煤炭安全生产管理系统运行稳定,在一定程度上降低了管理的成本。
In order to improve the efficiency of safety production management,based on the modern management engineering theory,the current status of coal informationization was analyzed,the functional requirements of coal mine information system were determined,and a modern coal automated production management system based on RFID was proposed.First,the system optimizes the original coal production management process,then use RFID technology to monitor the whole process of production and transportation,and design the corresponding database to complete basic data statistics and business management.The designed system is implemented in the Eclipse environment using JAVA language and Oracle database.The system application results show that the modern coal automated production management system based on RFID is stable and reduces the management cost to a certain extent.
