摘要
经济问题既是其他很多问题产生的根源,也是解决其他问题的关键,因此,它始终是"直连普京"中的热点。在已连续举行18年、总计16期的"直连普京"节目中,很多人都从不同的角度提出经济问题。其中,在2期"直连普京"中,前财政部长库德林与普京的对话是前财长、经济学家、卸任官员与前特工、政治家、国家首脑在公众场合的直接交流,是规律与规则的碰撞,是理论与现实的磨合。如果按照库德林制定的发展策略运行,俄罗斯的经济状况能否改善、能否引发其他社会问题,都是值得人们思考的。文章将从"交锋"中相关经济问题的引出、争论过程、争论结果等角度对他们的"交锋"进行解读。
Economic problems are the toot of many other problems and the key to solving other problems. Therefore, it＇ s always been a hot spot in ＂Direct Line with Vladimir Putin＂ launched for 18 years, on the 16 programmes of which many people proposed economic issues from different perspectives. During two of these programmes, the former Finance Minister Kudrin had a dialogue with Putin, which is direct communication in public between the former Finance Minister, an economist, an official out of power and a former agent, politician, head of state, the collision between laws and rules, and the running between theory and reality. It is worth thinking and aspiration in accordance with the development strategy established by Kudrin, whether the economic situation of Russia can improve, or whether it will cause other social problems. This paper will interpret the ＂debate＂ from the perspective of the introduction to the relevant economic issues, the debate process, the results of the debate, etc.
