摘要
本文根据SWOT分析法,以贵州"一品"药业连锁有限公司(以下简称"一品"药业)为例,分析了"一品"药业存在的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁等营销环境及第二终端市场特点。从"一品"药业营销工作的实际需要出发,通过对"一品"药业的产品、价格、分销渠道、促销策略四个方面存在的问题提出了"一品"药业营销策略的实施方案,以期为"一品"药业及其他药业公司的营销提供借鉴和帮助。
According to SWOT analysis,this paper analyzed the internal advantages,internal weaknesses, external opportunities, external threats and the characteristics of the second terminal market of "IPIEN" pharmaceutical industry. According to the actual needs of the marketing work of "IPIEN" pharmaceutical industry, this paper put forward the plan of improving the marketing strategy of "IPIEN" pharmaceutical industry through the following four problems: product, price, distribution channel and promotion strategy. It will provide reference and help for the marketing of "IPIEN" pharmaceutical industry.
