摘要
目的探究注射用奥拉西坦、丁苯酞软胶囊联合血栓心脉宁片治疗血管性痴呆(Va D)的临床疗效。方法将156例Va D患者随机分为观察组和对照组各78例,对照组予以注射用奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上联合血栓心脉宁片治疗,均连续治疗21 d。观察比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后认知功能和生活自理能力的变化,并记录2组药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的MMSE、Mo CA评分和Barthel指数均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均未发生严重药物不良反应,2组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥拉西坦、丁苯酞联合血栓心脉宁片治疗Va D疗效满意,可有效改善患者的认知功能,提高日常生活能力,且用药安全。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam and butylphthalide soft capsule combined with thrombus Xinmaining tablets in the treatment of vascular dementia（ Va D）. Methods A total of 156 patients with Va D were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 78 cases. The control group was treated with oxiracetam and butylphthalide soft capsules. The observation group was treated with thrombus Xinmaining tablets based on the therapy in the control group. All the patients were treated continuously for 21 days. The clinical efficacy and the changes of the cognitive function and self-care ability of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The MMSE,Mo CA score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse drug reaction in the two groups. The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam,butylphthalide combined with thrombus Xinmaining tablets are effective in the treatment of Va D,which can effectively improve the cognitive function and ability of daily living of the patients with safe medication.
