摘要
目的:评价西帕依固龈液联合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床效果。方法:2016年1月～2017年12月于该院就诊的80例ROU患者,随机分为2组,各40例。单药组给予西帕依固龈液含漱治疗,联药组在单药组基础上加用维生素治疗,治疗后检测两组患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),并统计两组溃疡愈合时间和治疗效果。结果:治疗一个疗程后,两组患者血清TNF-α水平均显著降低。与单药组相比,联药组治疗后血清TNF-α水平显著改善(P <0.01)。此外,联药组溃疡愈合时间显著低于单药组(P <0.01)。单药组治疗后有效率为75%,而联药组有效率为95%,两组临床治疗有效率相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在西帕依固龈液基础上联用维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床效果更佳,但作用机制需进一步探索。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with vitamins in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods ： 80 patients with recurrent oral ulcer who visited the hospital between Janual7 2016 and December 2017 are randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The monotherapy group is treated with Xipayi mouth rinse, and the combination group added vitamins to treat ulcer surface.The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） are measured after treatment, and the healing time and therapeutic effect of the two groups are counted. Results ： After a course of treatment, serum TNF-α levels were signif- icantly decreased in both groups. Compared with the monotherapy group, the serum TNF-α level of the combination group is signifi- cantly improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. In addition, the healing time of ulcer in combination group is significantly lower than that in monotherapy group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of the monotherapy group is 75%, while the effective rate of the combination group is 95%. There is significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Xipayi mouth rinse combined with vitamins in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has better effect, and is worthy popularizing.
