文章从防雷监管工作执行现状出发,就防雷安全监管双随机执法工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并给出了气象部门做好防雷监管双随机执法工作的有效措施,希望文章的论述能够为从业者提供一些意见上的参考,不足之处,望斧正。
Starting from the present situation of the implementation of lightning protection supervision, this paper analyzes theproblems existing in the double random law enforcement of the lightning safety supervision, and puts forward some effective measuresfor the meteorological department to facilitate the work of the random law enforcement of the lightning protection supervision, in thehope that the discussion of the paper can provide some advice for relevant workers.
