摘要
本文介绍了一种基于ROF技术的多制式、宽频带的光发射模块的研制方案.该模块采用数字光模块的QSFP接口实现多通道传输,通过L型电阻匹配网络实现软硬板之间的阻抗匹配,并且对模块链路中存在的信号完整性问题利用全波仿真工具(HFSS)进行了优化设计与研究.测试结果表明,该方案可以保证在DC-6GHz保证很好的增益平坦度.
This paper introduces a design scheme of multi-standard and broadband light emission module based on ROF technology. The module uses QSFP interface to realize multi-channel transmission. The impedance matching of rigid-flex PCB interconnection is realized by L-type resistance matching network , and the signal integrity problem in the module link is optimized and studied by using full-wave simulation tool ( HFSS ). The test result shows that the module can guarantee a good gain flatness at DC-6 GHz.
