浇注温度对TiNi储氢电极合金性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Pouring Temperature on Properties of Ti Ni Hydrogen Storage Electrode Alloy

摘要 为改善Ti Ni储氢电极合金的性能,在不同的浇注温度下制备了Ti Ni储氢电极合金,并测试分析了合金的放电性能和电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明:与1400℃相比,浇注温度1460℃时Ti Ni储氢电极合金的放电容量增大32%,腐蚀电位正移118 m V。随浇注温度从1400℃增至1480℃,合金的放电性能和电化学腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。Ti Ni储氢电极合金的浇注温度优选为1460℃。 In order to improve the properties of Ti Ni hydrogen storage electrode alloy, Ti Ni hydrogen storage electrode alloys were prepared under different pouring temperatures, and the discharge performance and electrochemical corrosion properties of the alloys were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with that under 1400 ℃, the discharge capacity of the alloy under pouring temperature of 1460 ℃ increases by 32 %, and the corrosion potential of the alloy shifts positively by 118 m V. The discharge performance and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the alloy increase firstly and then decrease with the pouring temperature increasing from 1400 ℃ to 1480 ℃. The optimized pouring temperature of the Ti Ni hydrogen storage electrode alloy is 1460 ℃.
