摘要
千岛湖配水工程分水江穿江隧洞上覆岩体最薄处仅16m,沿线断裂构造发育,岩石破碎,地质情况复杂,施工难度大。本文采用钻灌一体注浆的施工方案,该技术能尽快完成对掌子面前方围岩的超前预注浆施工,解决了水底隧洞遇构造带易产生突涌水、易坍塌等问题,确保了施工安全。该施工技术可供类似工程借鉴。
The thinnest part of the overburden rock mass across the fiver tunnel is only 16m in Qiandaohu water distribution project. The permeable structure along the river is developed, which is rock breaking. In this paper, the drilling -grouting integrated grouting construction scheme is adopted, which can complete the advanced pre - grouting construction of the surrounding rock in front of the face as soon as possible, and solve the problems of water inrush and collapse when the underwater tunnel meets the structural zone, so as to ensure the construction safely-. The construction technology can be used for reference in similar projects.
