摘要
高校青年教师思政教育工作非常关键,直接影响高校教育教学水平。计算机网络技术的发展及应用,为高校青年教师思政教育工作提供了契机。高校要结合自身发展情况,以网络为载体,对高校青年教师思政教育工作进行创新,为高校各项工作开展奠定良好基础。文章主要从正负两个方面分析网络对高校青年教师的影响,提出具体创新对策。
The ideological and political education of young teachers in universities is very critical, which directly affects theteaching quality of the university. The development and application of computer network technology provide an opportunity for youngteachers＇ ideological and political education. Universities need to take the network as carrier to innovate the ideological and politicaleducation of young teachers according to their specific situations so as to laya good foundation for various work in universities. Thispaper analyzes the positive and negative influence of the internet on young teachers in universities and puts forward specific innovative countermeasures.
