一种基于比较的专利文献检索方法

摘要 专利文献可以切实反应出技术的发展趋势。分析专利文献可以得到重要的技术细节、领先的商业趋势以及新型的解决方案,从而影响投资决策。针对对比专利文档的相关问题进行研究,改进基于比较的专利文献检索方法,以此检测专利之间的可替代性或新申请专利的可专利性。为此,首先从每个专利文献中提取出可以进行判别的项,然后通过基于图论的方法将这些项在图中进行连接,并且通过用户自定义的停用词,快速地得出用户想要的结果。这种方法可以借由文献之间的共性与差异明确两个专利间的关系。实验中,较高的Edmundson值和ROUGE值证明了方法的有效性。 Patent document can effectively reflect the development trend of technology. Analysing Patent document can obtain important technical detail, lead business trends and new solutions, which influences investment decision. Considering Comparative patent document, this paper developes a improve method of patent document retrieval on comparative view, so that the substitutability between patents or the patentability of new patents is provided. To this end, this method first extracts discriminative terms from each patent document, and then the dots on a term co-occurrence graph are connected. Through the stop words setting by users can obtain the result efficiently. In this way, it is able to comprehensively extract the gists of the two patent documents being compared, and meanwhile highlight their relationship in terms of commonalities and differences. The high Edmundson and ROUGE demon- strate the effectiveness of this proposed approach.
