摘要 为使区域信息数据符合交通物流应用需要,从工程专题信息系统(engineering information system,EIS)角度研究区域表达运算方法。将区域作为由空间范围、交通运输能力、货物资源要素等构成的多维系统;采用二分法,依据区域边界数据定性判断区域间的关系;引入边界权阵,定量表示区域的相互影响;参照处理空间维的方法表示、测算、评估交通运输能力、货物资源等要素维,使区域信息数据满足分析区域空间关系、要素数量、运输能力、流通效率等需求。通过实例对算法进行验证。研究表明:数据结构和运算方法具有数据更新灵活方便、算子程序易组合使用、终端易与数据采集和应用设备联接等优势,可为丰富数字地图和地理信息系统数据,研制交通物流专题信息系统等提供参考。 In order to make the regional information data meet the needs of traffic logistics application, this paper studies the operation expression method of the region from the perspective of engineering information system. The region is a multidimensional system composed of spatial scope, transportation capacity and elements of cargo resources. By using the dichotomy method, the relationship between regions is judged qualitatively based on the regional boundary data. The boundary weight matrix is introduced to quantitatively represent the mutual influence of the region. By referring to the methods of spatial dimension representation, calculation, evaluation of transportation capacity, cargo resources and other elements, regional information data can meet the requirements for analyzing the regional spatial relations, the number of factors, transport capacity, circulation efficiency and other needs. The algorithm is validated by an instance. The research shows that the data structure and operation methods have the advantages of flexible updating, easy combination of operator program, end-stage terminal and data acquisition and application equipment connection, which can provide reference for enriching digital map and GIS data, developing special information system for transportation logistics.
