摘要
经过改革开放40年的努力,我国民办高等教育发展取得显著成就,结构系统发生历史性变革,组织内生能力得到根本性提高,制度改革取得实质性突破,为加快实现高等教育大众化、培养各级各类高级专门人才、促进经济社会发展做出重大贡献。这些成就,得益于尊重基层探索,得益于改革循序渐进,得益于良好政策环境。展望未来,面对时代背景变化,民办高等教育要加快转变发展方式,提质增效:实现从外延式扩张向内涵式发展转变、从营利性向非营利性发展转变、从私人性向公共性发展转变。
After 40 years＇ efforts,the development of private higher education in China has made remarkable achievements. Historic changes have taken place in the structural system,the endogenous capacity of the organization has been fundamentally improved,and substantive breakthroughs have been made in the reform of the system,which has made great contributions to speeding up the popularization of higher education,training all kinds of senior specialists at all levels and promoting economic and social development.These achievements have benefited from respect for grassroots exploration,gradual reform and a sound policy environment. Looking forward to the future,in the face of changes in the background of the times,private higher education should speed up the transformation of development mode,improve quality and efficiency： from extension to connotation,from profit to non-profit,from private to public.
