摘要
文中介绍近年来鸭疫里默氏菌对抗生素的耐药现状、与耐药相关的生化和遗传机制、分子生物学中PCR检测技术的应用,为临床上快速诊断和合理用药防治鸭疫里默氏菌病提供依据。
The current situation of drug resistance to Riemerella anatipestifer,the biochemical and genetic mechanism related to drug resistance and the application of PCR detection technology in molecular biology were introduced in this paper, which provided the basis for rapid diagnosis and rational use of drugs to prevent and control the disease.
