摘要 城市规划因素对住宅能耗有着不容忽视的影响。以青岛市为背景,通过对青岛市5个居民小区的家庭特征及住宅能耗的调研,采用相关性分析、回归分析及聚类分析等方法,研究北方集中供暖地区住宅能耗的影响因素,发现离海距离、建成时间和建筑高度是影响住宅能耗的三个最重要因素,而住户的家庭结构会影响住户的季节用能特性及能耗高低。基于此统计结果,采用能耗模拟软件DesignBuilder对不同容积率下的住宅小区进行了能耗模拟,探讨控规参数对住宅建筑能耗的影响,并据此提出了住宅小区规划参数优化建议。 Urban planning factors have an important influence on residential energy consumption. Based on a survey of household characteristics and residential energy consumption of five communities in Qingdao city, the influence of domestic energy consumption in the northern distinct heating area is investigated by the correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis methods. The paper found that the distance from the sea, built time and building height are the most important factors affecting domestic energy consumption. The household structure of the household will affect the household’ s seasonal energy consumption and energy consumption. Based on the statistical results, the building energy consumption simulation software-DesignBuilder is applied for a group of simulations, and energy consumption calculation of residential buildings under different floor area rate, as well as the influence of control regulation parameters, and then optimization recommendations of community planning parameters are proposed.
