摘要
目的了解结核病患者自我效能水平并分析其影响因素,从而为提高结核病患者自我效能水平提供理论依据。方法利用一般情况调查表和自我效能量表对西藏军区总医院感染病科住院的所有藏族结核病患者进行问卷调查。结果共调查藏族结核病患者56名,经过因子分析提取出对自我效能有影响的四项公因子,分别是遵医行为、生活方式、烟酒习惯、心态问题。进一步通过方差分析显示,对藏族结核病患者的自我效能有统计学意义的影响因素:家庭经济状况、家庭所在地、受教育程度和抑郁情况等。结论藏族结核病患者自我效能较差,影响因素较多,其中经济状况对患者的影响尤其重要,有关部门应关注结核病患者心理状态,同时加大医保报销力度,以提高结核病患者自我效能水平。
Objective This study aimed to explore the condition of self-efficacy of tuberculosis（TB）patients and to analyze its influencing factors,and therefore,theoretical basis of improving the level of self-efficacy of TB patients was provided.Methods A questionnaire survey,including general situation questionnaire and self-efficacy scale,was conducted on all Tibetan TB patients hospitalized in infectious disease department of Tibet military region General Hospital.Results A total of 56 Tibetan TB patients were investigated.The results of factor analysis showed that the four common factors extracted were medical compliance,lifestyle,habit of alcohol and taboo,mentality,etc.Furthermore,the results of variance analysis showed that the family economic status,the location of the family,education level and depression were the significantly statistical affecting factors on self-efficacy of Tibetan TB patients.Conclusion Tibetan tuberculosis patients have a poor sense of self-efficacy and many influential factors,especially the economic situation is an important factor.Therefore,the departments concerned should pay attention to the psychological status of patients with tuberculosis,and increase the reimbursement of medical insurance,in order to improve the self-efficacy of TB patients.
