摘要
随着国家经济的发展和环保治理的加强,污水处理工程大多面临扩能改造的局面。论文以某氯碱企业污水处理改扩建项目为例,通过对各项建设投资采用ABC法进行分类排序,明确了对旧系统优化利用的主要途径;对新系统进行了AO脱氮工艺优化设计,并通过新工艺流程参数计算,结合旧系统的建(构)筑物规模数据,对旧建(构)筑物进行功能整合和结构改造,使旧建(构)筑物在新系统中充分优化利用;在处理工序和工艺环节上,优先采用了先进适用的新技术、新材料、新设备。从而,改造项目节约了投资,缩短了建设周期,提高了污水处理能力和效率,实现了扩能改造和节支增效目标。其优化设计成果可为同行业或污水水质相近的企业污水处理改扩建项目提供参考。
With the development of national economy and the strengthening of environmental governance, most sewage treatment projects are faced with revamping and expansion. Taking the sewage treatment reconstruction and extension project ofa ehlor-alkai enterprise as the example, through classifying and sorting each construction investment usingABC method, clearspaper clears the main methodofthe old system optimization, and designs the AO Nitrogen removal technology optimization for the new system, then through the calculation of the new process parameters, combining with the scale data of the old system structure, integrates the function of the old system structure and reform the structure, to make full use of the new system in old structure. For the treatment process and technology process, we firstly use the advanced new technology, new material and new equipment, to reform the project and reduce the cost, short the construction period, and to improve the treatment ability and efficiency, to realize the subject of expanding the capacity and saving the cost and improving the efficiency. This optimization design achievement can provide the reference for the sewage treatment reconstruction and expansion projects in the same or similar wastewater quality enterprises.
