The safe and stable operation of the power system is particularly important. When the power system has various types of faults causing out-of-step oscillation of the system, the out-of-step oscillation center of the system needs to be accurately positioned, and then de-listed to ensure stable operation of the system after the disassembly. Minimize losses. Firstly, the principle and hazard of out-of-step oscillation are introduced. Then, aiming at the hazards caused by out-of-step oscillation in power grids at home and abroad, the location methods of out-of-step oscillation centers are summarized from local information and wide-area information, and the factors that affect the migration of out-of-step oscillation centers in new energy grid-connected scenarios are summarized. Finally, the focus of future research is to combine the local information localization method with the wide-area information method to locate the out-of-step oscillation center, and to study the wind speed fluctuation, the control technology of the photovoltaic power source, the access location, whether there is cloud occlusion, and different power control. The influence of key factors such as the mode and the penetration rate of photovoltaic power supply on the out-of-step oscillation center of the grid-connected system.
