摘要
随着工业自动化的发展,AGV自动导引小车在仓储物流中的应用越来越广泛,磁带导航是目前应用比较广泛的导航方式,与其他导航方式相比其对环境的要求低、安装简单、容易维护、成本较低。本文介绍的AGV磁导航传感器采用的是线圈一维矩阵来检测外磁场的变化,目前,磁带导航传感器多采用并口或者串口232或485的输出方式,相比串口,并口的输出方式和数据传输更加稳定、高效,但要求AGV小车控制器提供更多的I/O口。本文介绍一种用两路信号表示AGV小车偏差的AGV磁导航传感器,通过设计合理的算法向AGV小车提供准确高效的偏差数据。经实验验证该设计是可行的。
With the development of industrial automation, AGV automatic guided vehicle has been applied more and more widely in warehousing and logistics, and magnetic tape navigation is a widely used navigation method at present. Compared with other navigation methods, it has low environmental requirements, simple installation, easy maintenance and low cost. AGV magnetic navigation sensor is introduced in this paper is to detect the change of the external magnetic field coil one dimensional matrix, at present, the tape navigation sensor use parallel or serial port 232 or 485 more ways of output. compared to a serial port, parallel port output mode and data transmission is more stable and efficient, but it requires the AGV car controller to provide more I/O port.This paper introduces an AGV magnetic navigation sensor which USES two signals to represent the deviation of AGV trolley. The experiment proves that the design is feasible.
