摘要
长河坝水电站500 kV气体绝缘母线(gas insulated busbar, GIB)和电缆具有容量大、电压高等特点,交流耐压试验难度较大。为了检查电缆安装后的绝缘性能是否良好,检验是否存在绝缘隐患(如安装错误,包装、运输、储存和安装调试中的损坏等)导致的绝缘故障。本文通过合理地安排试验步骤,对500 kV电缆进行交流耐压试验,有利于缩短试验周期,减小技术和安全风险,并在被试验设备或试验设备发生损坏情况下,留有足够的检修时间和条件,节约大量工期,更具实际意义,值得在实际施工过程中推广应用。
The 500 kV GIS and cable of Changheba Hydropower Station have the characteristics of large capacity and high voltage, so AC withstand voltage test is difficult. In order to check the insulation performance of the cable after installation is good, check whether there are hidden insulation faults (such as installation errors, packaging, transportation, storage and installation and debugging damage, etc.) caused by insulation faults. In this paper, the AC withstand voltage test of 500 kV cable is carried out by arranging the test steps reasonably, which is beneficial to shorten the test period, reduce the technical and safety risks, and leave enough maintenance time and conditions when the test equipment or test equipment is damaged, thus saving a lot of construction time. It is worth popularizing in the actual construction process.
