摘要
目的评价手针配伍体针治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年12月我院收治的92例失眠症患者作为研究对象,按照随机双盲分配的方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。治疗组采用手针配伍体针治疗,对照组采用常规西药佐匹克隆及谷维素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的80.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治愈患者随访6个月无复发。结论手针配伍体针治疗失眠的效果显著,无明显不良反应,是较理想的治疗方法,宜推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of insomnia treated with hand acupuncture combined with body acupuncture. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 92 cases patients of insomniacs treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of random double-blind distribution, with 46 cases in each group. The treatment group with insomnia were given hand acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, the treatment, group given conventional western medicine zopiclone and oryzanol treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%, higher than 80.4% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The cured patients were followed up for 6 months without relapse. Conclusion Hand acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has obvious effect on insomnia and no obvious adverse reactions. It is an ideal treatment method and should be popularized.
