摘要
采用金属铝材料在催化剂作用下合成了一种氧化铝复合材料,利用该氧化铝复合涂层材料进行增韧改性,制备的氧化铝复合材料与氧化铝相比,抗拉强度提高76%,抗剪强度提高56.3%,耐磨性提高90%,耐温性提高30℃。同时,对氧化铝选择试验进行了研究,并对影响聚合物基复合涂层材料性能的因素进行了分析。
Aluminum metal materials under the effect of catalyst synthesized a kind of alumina composite materials,using the toughening modification on alumina in coating material,the preparation of alumina composites compared with alumina,the tensile strength increased by 76%,the shear strength increased by 56.3%,the wear resistance by 90%and 30℃temperature resistance increase.At the same time,the selection test of alumina was studied,and the factors influencing the properties of polymer-based composite coating materials were analyzed.
