摘要
以粉煤灰为原料,采用碱熔融法活化粉煤灰中的硅铝组分。分析了煅烧时间、煅烧温度和碱添加量对粉煤灰中活性SiO_2和活性Al_2O_3溶出率的影响,并利用XRD、SEM等手段表征了产物的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明,粉煤灰碱熔融活化过程中对活化效果影响较大的因素是煅烧温度和碱添加量。在碱添加量为40%,800℃煅烧2h时,SiO_2和Al_2O_3的溶出率最高分别为27.47%、19.74%。
In this experiment, the fly ash is used as a raw material to activate the silicon-aluminum component in the fly ash by alkali fusion. The effects of calcination time, calcination temperature and alkali addition on the dissolution rate of active SiO2 and active Al2O3 in fly ash were analyzed. In addition, the composition and micro-morphology of the product were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the calcination temperature and calcination time have a great influence on the activation effect of the fly ash alkali melting activation process. When the amount of alkali added is 40% and calcined at 800 °C for 2 h, the dissolution rates of SiO2 and Al2O3 are 27.47% and 19.74%, respectively.
