摘要
随着技术进步和产业升级,就业市场上高端技术技能人才的供需矛盾日益凸显。特别是《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018)》发布以来,越来越多的人关注职业教育高端技术技能人才培养的话题。培养兼具"硬技能"和"软实力",能够服务产业转型升级和国家重大战略实施的高端技术技能人才,是新时代职业院校面临的任务。要完成这一艰巨的任务,"扬长教育"理念不失为一种先进的、适合的选择。
With the development of technology and upgrading of industries, the contradiction between supply and demand of high-end skilled personnel in the employment market has become increasingly prominent. Especially since the publication of the Action Plan for Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education （2015- 2018 ） , more and more people have paid attention to the topic of cultivating high-end technical and skilled personnel in vocational education. It is the task of vocational colleges in the new era to trainhigh-end technical and skilled personnel with both ＂hard skills＂ and ＂soft power＂ who can serve the transformation and upgrading of industries and the implementation of the national major strategic projects. To accomplish this arduous task, the concept of ＂Enhancing Education＂ can be regarded as an advanced and suitable choice.
