摘要
为了提高微小型主动阀压电泵的输出性能,通过对流量计算公式的分析,推导出了影响流量的两个主要因素:阀口开度hv和阀口厚度w。利用有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS进行模拟流场的流动,分析了当hv和w不同时,阀口处流场的分布情况,也分析了在流速、阀口开度和阀口厚度的影响下,压强的损耗情况。在理论基础上制作了3个不同hv和w的压电泵的样机并进行了试验,试验结果表明,在hv=50μm,w=200μm,驱动电压为50V时,其输出流量达到最大值为40mL/min。
In order to improve the output performance of the micro-active valve piezoelectric pump,through the analysis of the flow calculation formula,two main factors influencing the flow are deduced:the valve opening hvand the port thickness w.The finite element simulation software ANSYS is used to simulate the flow of the flow field.The distribution of the flow field at the valve port is analyzed when hvand ware different.The loss of pressure is also analyzed under the influence of flow velocity,valve opening and valve port thickness.Based on the structure and working principle,three piezoelectric pumps with different valve opening and valve port thickness were fabricated and tested.The test results show that the output flow reaches the maximum of 40 mL/min when the valve opening hvis50μm,the port thickness wis 200μm and the driving voltage is 50 V.
