摘要
教师队伍是教育总体结构的重要组成部分,以师资人才培养为基点,强化教师队伍建设,可以加速区域教育优质、均衡发展。本文以大连市甘井子区干部教师"四名优工程"建设为例,依据实践探索脉络,总结实践工作经验,从工程实施的顶层目标设计筹划、过程统筹运行方法和全程保障措施安排三个方面详尽阐述。
Teachers are an important part of the overall structure of education.Strengthening the team construction of teachers based on the training of talent teachers can speed up the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.Taking the＂Project of Four Prestigious and Excellent＂in Ganjingzi District of Dalian as an example,this paper,based on the practice and exploration,summarizes the practical work experience,elaborates in detail from such three aspects as the top-level goal design and planning of the project implementation,the method of overall planning and operation of the process,and the arrangement of the whole process guarantee measures,and it makes clear the training of outstanding cadres and teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens can help the overall development of regional teachers,effectively enhance the quality of regional education,and promote the development of regional education.
