摘要
痉挛型脑性瘫痪是脑性瘫痪的最常见的类型。肌张力增高为痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的主要特征,可以引起各种临床表现,同时也是影响痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童运动功能发育的关键问题。王雪峰教授认为痉挛型脑性瘫痪属于中医"五迟"、"五软"、"五硬",证属肝强脾弱证,治疗当"抑木扶土",采用输合配穴针刺疗法,多选用足厥阴肝经、足少阳胆经、足太阴脾经及足阳明胃经的输合穴,以改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿肘膝以下异常姿势,取得较好的临床疗效。
The most common type of cerebral palsy is spastic type,and the increased muscular tension is the predominant sign of spastic cerebral palsy（SCP）,which causes various clinical manifestations and is also the key problem in influencing the development of motor function in SCP children. Professor WANG Xue-Feng believes that SCP can be classified into the terminology of Wuchi（five types of retardation）, Wuruan（five kinds of flaccidity）,Wuying（five types of stiffness）of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,can be differentiated as liver-Qi hyperactivity inducing spleen deficiency,and the therapeutic principle for SCP should be ＂inhibiting wood and strengthening earth＂（soothing liver and strengthening spleen）. The point-selection of acupuncture therapy for SCP usually adopts the combination of Shu-stream points and He-sea points of Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueying,Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin and Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,which can result into the improvement of abnormal gesture below elbow and knee joints. The clinical experience showed that acupuncture of Shu-stream points and He-sea points based on the principle of soothing liver and strengthening spleen can achieve better clinical effect for SCP.
