摘要
通过准静态单轴拉伸试验、光学显微镜观察以及XRD等手段研究了模具通道夹角对等径角轧制6016铝合金合金板材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:模具通道夹角并不改变合金的织构类型,但135°模具通道夹角下合金板材能有效地弱化织构。同时,经T4P处理(固溶处理+预时效+自然时效)后,135°模具通道夹角下T4P态合金板材伸长率A〉28%,规定塑性延伸强度R_(p0.2)〈115 MPa,平均塑性应变比r-≈0.69,平面各向异性Δr≈0.24,具有良好的塑性和成形性能。
Effect of die channel angle of equal channel angular rolling( ECAR) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy sheets were investigated by using quasi-static uniaxial tensile experiment,optical microscopy( OM) and X-Ray diffraction( XRD). The results show that die channel angle does not change the types of texture components but the sheet rolled at die channel angles of 135° can weaken textures effectively. At the same time,the sheet after T4 P treatment( solution treatment + pre-aging + natural aging)shows good elongation( A 28%),good strength( R_(p0.2) 125 MPa),good formability( r-≈0. 69,Δr≈0. 24).
