摘要
基于维生素C(VC)含量测定方法的多元化,其所涉及的仪器非常广泛。文章分析了以"VC含量测定"作为仪器分析实验课程基本实验的可行性及优势。认为将该实验贯穿于仪器分析实验教学,可使仪器分析实验四个方面相关的内容——"光谱法"、"色谱法"、"电化学法"、"容量法"有机结合,不仅能帮助学生掌握各种相关仪器的使用原理及分析方法,又能使他们直观、清晰地了解各种方法的关联性及独立性,为选择适合的物质分离纯化及分析方法提供借鉴,达到仪器分析实验课程的目标。
Based on the diversity of vitamin C content determination,and the wide application of instrument detection and analysis methods,This paper analysed the feasibility and advantages of"VC content determination"as the basic experiment for the course of experimental teaching of instrumental analysis. It was considered that if this experiment use penetrated in experimental teaching of instrumental analysis,it could make four aspects related to the content of the spectrum,chromatography,electrochemical analysis,volumetric method of the instrument analysis experiment into an organic combination. It may enable students to master the principles and analysis methods of various related instruments,and enable students to understand the relevance and independence of various methods intuitively and clearly. In addition,it also provides the experience for the students about material separation,purification and analysis,so as to achieve the goal of the instrument analysis experiment course.
