摘要
目的分析腰椎后路减压融合内固定手术术后应用非洗涤式自体血回输技术的效果。方法对该院2016年5月—2017年5月行腰椎后路减压融合内固定手术的50例患者术后应用ATS自体血回输装置行非洗涤式自体血回输,比较术前与术后24 h的凝血指标。结果患者输血后24 h的凝血指标PT、APTT、TT、Fib、INR值分别为(13.7±1.7)s、(36.4±3.9)s、(13.3±0.7)s、(1.21±0.5)、(1.75±0.82)g/L,与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.084、0.785、0.383、0.118、0.795,>0.05),且未出现输血后的并发症及不良反应。结论应用非洗涤式自体血回输装置(ATS)自体血液回输对患者是安全有效的,并对患者凝血功能无不良影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of non-washing autologous blood transfusion technique after posterior lumbar decompression and internal fixation. Methods 50 patients undergoing lumbar posterior decompression and fusion and internal fixation in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were treated with ATS autologous blood transfusion device for non-washing autologous blood transfusion. The coagulation parameters before and after the operation were compared. Results The blood coagulation parameters PT, APTT, TT, Fib, and INR at 24 hours after blood transfusion were （13.7±1.7）s,（36.4±3.9）s, （13.3±0.7）s, （1.21±0.5）, and （1.75±0.82）g/L, respectively. There was no significant difference compared with preoperative（P=0.084, 0.785, 0.383, 0.118, 0.795, P〉0.05）, and no posttransfusion complications and adverse reactions. Conclusion Automated blood transfusion using a non-sparing autologous blood resuscitation device （ATS） is safe and effective for patients and has no adverse effects on coagulation function.
