摘要
以《淮河流域及山东半岛水资源评价》、《淮河流域综合规划(2012-2030)》采用的水文设计成果为基础,按照一致性原则,将资料系列延长至2010年,对水文设计成果进行复核分析。分析计算结果表明:淮河流域设计年径流、淮河干流设计洪水与规划采用成果基本一致。沂沭泗河水系设计洪水偏小,主要原因是自1975年以来,沂沭泗河水系长期处于偏枯水年,设计值存在偏小的可能。
Based on the hydrologic design results of "Huaihe basin and Shandong Peninsula water resources evaluation" and "Huaihe basin comprehensive planning (2012-2030)", this paper extended the data series to 2010, and reviewed the hydrological design results. The results show that the annual runoff of the Huaihe River basin, the design flood of the Huaihe mainstream and the planning results are basically the same, and the design flood of the Yishusi River water system is smaller. The main reason is that Yishusi River system has been in relatively low water year since 1975, and the design value may possibly be smaller.
