摘要
现代发病机制认为克罗恩病是遗传和环境因素相互作用所致,同时与肠道菌群紊乱、肠道屏障缺损及自身免疫异常相关,但中医对于克罗恩病的病机认识目前仍停留在症状与证型推演上。中国整合医学观念的提出,把克罗恩病的遗传、环境、肠道屏障、肠道菌群及免疫系统整合分析,这为从核心发病机制上认识克罗恩病提供了重要思维支撑,本文就以此为基础对克罗恩病现代中医发病机制进行整合及探讨。
The understanding of the modern pathogenesis of Crohn＇s disease is caused by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors, which is related to the disorder of intestinal flora, the intestinal barrier defect and the autoimmune abnormality. However, the understanding of the pathogenesis of Crohn＇s disease in Chinese medicine still remains on the symptoms and syndrome types. The integration and analysis of intestinal barrier, intestinal flora and immune system provide important thinking support for the understanding of Crohn＇s disease on the core of the disease. Based on this, this paper integrates and probes into the modern TCM pathogenesis of Crohn＇s disease.
