摘要
目的评估含兔血浆纤维蛋白原Baird-Parker对金黄色葡萄球菌的检测效果。方法 44株金黄色葡萄球菌、30株其他葡萄球菌和实际样品按GB 4789.10—2016接种到含兔血浆纤维蛋白原Baird-Parker、CHROMagar显色培养基及普通Baird-Parker培养基上,培养后观察结果。结果 44株金黄色葡萄球菌在3种培养基上均呈现典型的菌落特征。30株其他葡萄球菌中2株猪葡萄球菌和2株松鼠葡萄球菌在含兔血浆纤维蛋白原Baird-Parker上阳性,在CHROMagar上2株猪葡萄球菌、2株松鼠葡萄球菌和3株表皮葡萄球菌显品红色,其他显蓝绿色或无色,在普通BairdParker上有7株阳性。24份样品中分离到4份阳性;含兔血浆纤维蛋白原Baird-Parker分离到4份阳性;CHROMagar分离到6份阳性,经确认阳性4份;普通Baird-Parker分离到11份,经确认阳性3份。结论含兔血浆纤维蛋白原的Baird-Parker在金黄色葡萄球菌检测中有更高的特异性,将分离和确认融合起来,检测更快速,是一种非常实用的培养基,值得在实际样品分离中推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen for the detection of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Forty-four strains of S. aureus,30 other Staphylococcus,and other species were inoculated onto Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen,CHROMagar chromogenic medium and Baird-Parker conventional isolation medium according to GB 4789. 10—2016. Results All the 44 S. aureus produced typical colonies on the 3 media. Two Staphylococcus hyicus strains and two Staphylococcus sciuri strains of 30 other Staphylococcus exhibited positive on Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen. On CHROMagar,two Staphylococcus hyicus strains,two Staphylococcus sciuri strains and three Staphylococcus epidermidis strains produce mauve like S. aureus,the others produced blue-green colonies or colorless. Severn of the 30 other Staphylococcus were found positive on Baird-Parker. 4 suspected positive samples isolated by Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen from the 24 food samples were confirmed positive. 4 of the 6 suspected positive samples isolated by CHROMagar were confirmed positive. 3 of the 11 suspected positive samples isolated by Baird-Parker were confirmed positive. Conclusion Pure cultures and food matrix test results showed that Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen was more specific than the other chromogenic media and conventional media. It has the best accuracy in isolation and presumptive identification of S. aureus. Baird-Parker with rabbit plasma fibrinogen medium is a very practical medium and is worthy of popularization in actual sample separation.
