摘要
政府数据开放有助于构建一个动态循环的开放数据生态系统,推动智慧城市的构建。借助Yahoo工具收集中美33个城市政府数据开放网站的链接数据,使用7个链接指标并结合灰色关联分析法来评估网站影响力。对数据进行分析后,发现与美国部分城市相比,中国城市存在网站整体规模小、完备性比较差、网站的内部层次结构不完整,但网站的影响力和辐射力有所提高等特征。
The opening of government data helps to build a dynamic ecosystem of open data cycle and promote the construction of smart city. Using Yahoo tools to collect the data of the open links of government websites in 33 cities of China and the United States,the authors use seven link indicators and gray relational analysis to evaluate the website＇s influence. After analyzing the data,we found that compared with some cities in the United States,the overall scale and completeness of the websites of Chinese cities are relatively poor,and the internal structures of them are not complete,but the influence and radiation of them are improved.
