摘要
目的:了解山东省济宁市某镇农村居民的就医获得感,分析农村居民就医获得感现状和影响因素,为进一步深化医改,提升农村居民就医获得感提供建议。方法:采用问卷调查法和结构式访谈法进行调查。结果:69.0%的农村居民具有较好的就医体验; 61.7%的居民认为医疗费用比4-5年前"更多了"; 68.4%的居民对基层医疗卫生建设成效评价较好; 50.8%的居民认为医疗费用是除医疗技术外影响其就医行为倾向的主要因素。结论:农村居民就医获得感总体较好。建议向农村青年提供有针对性的医疗卫生服务,不断满足并合理引导农村居民的医疗卫生需求,提高乡村医生的医疗技术水平,加强对农村低收入群体的医疗卫生救助,进一步提升农村居民的就医获得感。
Objective： Through a survey of sense of gain in medical treatment of rural residents in a town of Jining, the current situation of sense of gain of rural residents is analyzed and elements explored, so as to propose suggestions for deepening medical reform and enhancing the sense of gain. Methods： A survey is conducted with the combination of questionnaire method and structured interviews through random sampling. Results： Firstly, 69% of rural residents are satisfied with experiences for medical treatment; secondly, 61.7% of rural residents consider that medical expenses are more than those four or five years ago; thirdly, 68.4% of rural residents show a positive appraisal of the community-based medical health construction; fourthly, 50.8% of rural residents think that besides medical technology, medical expenses are the main factor affecting their tendency to seek medical treatment. Conclusion： Rural residents show a relatively positive sense of gain in medical treatment, which could be further promoted through such ways as providing targeted health services to the rural youth, gradually satisfying the health needs by guiding reasonable medical treatment, promoting the medical skills of rural doctors and strengthening medical assistance for low-income groups in rural areas.
