摘要
碳纤维水泥基材料具有高强度、高弹模的特点,碳纤维的加入在提升水泥基材料强度、韧性的同时使其兼具压敏特性,而以碳纤维水泥基材料制备的嵌入式传感器也会改善传统材料的耐久性及稳定性。研究了碳纤维水泥基复合材料在持续加载与循环加载过程中的压敏性,探讨了材料含水率及碳纤维处理方式对压敏性的影响,分析了材料压敏性变化的机理,为材料在实时动态监测中的应用提供了理论依据。
Carbon fiber cement-based materials have the characteristics of high strength and high modulus of elasticity. The addition of carbon fiber can enhance the strength and toughness of cement-based materials and make them have the pressure-sensitive characteristics.The embedded sensors made of carbon fiber cement-based materials can also improve the durability and stability of traditional materials. This paper studies the pressure sensitivity of carbon fiber cement-basedmaterials under continuous loading and cyclic loading,discusses the effects of moisture content and treatment methods of carbon fiber on the pressure sensitivity and analyzes the change mechanism of pressure sensitivity,providing a theoretical basis for the application of materials in real-time dynamic monitoring.
