摘要
以高速专用芯片DICEP -E为核心 ,应用图像的RLC压缩原理及软件设计方法 ,开发了一个二值文档图像的快速压缩系统。该系统具有处理时间短、压缩倍数高 ,运用性强等优点。
A system of rapid compression of binary document images with high speed specialty chip DICEP E in the core is developed by using the images' run length coding (RLC) compression principle and software design method. The system has the merits of short process time, high compression multiple and better practicability.
