摘要
本文选取昌图京哈线厂拌热再生养护技术应用路段和与其同一条路线且影响因素一样的普通热拌沥青路面作为对比路段,对二者路面典型病害分布特征分析。并对现场钻取芯样进行非标准条件下的半圆试件低温间接拉伸强度试验。结果表明,厂拌热再生路段相比于对比路段,厂拌热再生路段-10℃低温间接拉伸强度普遍低于对比路段,横纵向裂缝病害数量较多,路面实际空隙率偏大,矿料级配细化。
It is selected the application section of the plant mixed hot recycling technology of Beijing toHarbin route in Changtu to compare with the common hot mix asphalt pavement with the same route as itsinfluence factors. The distribution characteristics of typical diseases on the two roads are analyzed, and theindirect tensile strength test of semicircular specimens under nonstandard conditions at low temperature iscarried out. The results show that the section with plant mixed hot recycling compared to the contrast section holds the low temperature indirect tensile strength at low temperature at -10℃ which is generally lowerthan that of the contrast section. The number of transverse longitudinal cracks is more, the actual void ratioof the pavement material is larger, and the mineral aggregate gradation is refined.
