摘要
3D打印技术已经在现实制造加工有了初步应用,但是由于其加工原理与传统加工有较大差异,所以3D打印成型的产品的误差表现形式也有所不同。文中针对熔融沉积成型3D打印非金属零件的精度进行了实验研究,选择性打印了一些具有代表性的零件,如齿轮、螺杆等。通过测量分别对零件的精度进行了考察,而后分析了各项测量数据以确定误差的分布及其表现形式,判断误差产生的原因,提出减小误差的方法,通过实验验证了所提方法的可行性。
3D printing technology has been applied in the actual manufacturing process. Because its processing principle is quite different from traditional processing, the error characteristics of 3D printed products are also different. In this paper, the accuracy of FDM 3D printed non-metallic parts is experimentally studied, and some representative parts such as gears and screws are selectively printed. The accuracy of the parts is investigated by measurement, and then the measurement data are analyzed to determine the distribution of the error and its characteristics. The cause of the error is determined, and the method of reducing the error is proposed. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by experiments.
