摘要
针对螺旋定子金属管内外高压胀形方法,采用ANSYS/Ls-dyna有限元软件进行胀形过程仿真,通过改变胀形参数,比较了内外高压胀形方法对胀形系统压力、螺旋曲面贴膜效果及胀形位移的影响规律,验证了内外高压胀形的工艺可行性。
The method of high pressure bulging inside and outside the spiral stator metal tube is studied. The ANSYS/Ls- dyna finite element software is used to simulate the bulging process. By changing the bulging parameters, the internal and external high pressure bulging method is compared to the bulging system pressure and spiral surface. The effect of filming effect and bulging displacement is verified by the process feasibility of internal and external high pressure bulging.
