摘要
给水泵汽轮机的排汽冷却采用"小机排汽至大机直接空冷凝汽器"方案,在极端不利气候条件下,背压变化较为频繁,会引起给水系统频繁扰动和机组出力波动。文章以某350 MW空冷机组为对象,分析了该种冷却方式潜在技术风险以及对汽轮机安全运行的影响,进而论证这种设计方案的可行性。
The exhaust steam cooling of the feedwater pump turbine adopts the scheme of " small engine exhaust steam to main machine direct air-cooled condenser" . Under the extremely unfavorable conditions, the back pressure change is more frequent, which will cause frequent disturbance of the water supply system and fluctuation of the unit output. This paper takes a 350 MW air- cooled unit as an example to analyze the potential technical risk of the cooling method and the impact on the safe operation of steam turbine, and then demonstrate the feasibility of the design.
