摘要
提升农机技能人才水平,是提高农机化作业质量、维修质量和服务质量的基础及保障。阐述培育农机职业技能人才的重要性,提出培育农机职业技能人才的措施,以期为与时俱进地继续发展好我国的农机化事业提供参考。
It is the foundation and guarantee to improve the quality of agricultural machinery operation, maintenance and service to improve the level of talents with agricultural machinery skill.
