摘要
目的分析肺肉瘤样癌患者的临床表现情况、CT表现和预后状况,希望为肺肉瘤样癌患者的临床诊断及治疗提供一定的依据和支持。方法文章研究资料为2017年1月13日入院诊治的1例肺肉瘤样癌患者,此例肺肉瘤样癌患者由于"咳嗽半月,发热1周"而入院治疗,对此例肺肉瘤样癌患者的临床情况、CT表现和预后状况进行回顾性分析。结果此例肺肉瘤样癌患者的手术成功,但其预后效果并不佳,经其切除标本的病理诊断确诊存在右下肺肉瘤样癌。结论肺肉瘤样癌患者的临床表现情况和CT表现并不存在明显特异性,其预后状况较差,多采取病理诊断进行确诊。
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, CT manifestations and prognosis of patients with sarcomatoid carcinoma of the lung, hope to provide some basis and support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung sarcomas. Methods The data of 1 patient with lung sarcomatoid carcinoma admitted to hospital in January 13, 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. This patients with lung sarcomatoid carcinoma were admitted to the hospital due to ＂cough and half a month, fever for 1 week＂. The clinical manifestations, CT fndings and prognosis of patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patient had successful surgery, but the prognosis was poor, the specimens are right under the pathological diagnosis of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and CT fndings of patients with sarcomatoid carcinoma of the lung are not obvious, and their prognosis is poor.
