摘要
目的:研究PDA扫描仪扫描核对技术在护士安全用药中的应用效果。方法:在笔者所在医院统一实行PDA扫描核对技术的科室中,选择产科病区的6个病房进行研究,对PDA扫描核对技术实行前(2016年9月-2017年6月)与实行后(2017年7月-2018年4月)两组护士的用药错误发生率进行记录。结果:PDA扫描核对技术实行前护士共给药2 520次,实行后共给药2 540次;实行前药物执行错误合计24次(错误因素包括执行时间提前或推后、患者错误、药物错误、用药途径错误、其他错误等5个成因),实行后药物执行错误为0次,实行前药物执行错误高于实行后(0.63%>0),实行前用药相关潜在不良事件高于实行后(0.60%>0)。同时,实行前给药时间错误率显著高于实行后(0.71%>0),相关用药潜在不良事件发生率亦高于实行后(0.79%>0)。组间数据均经过比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDA扫描核对技术可显著降低用药错误的发生率,在一定程度上还能减少医疗纠纷的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective：To study the application effect of PDA scanning and checking technology in nurses＇ safe medication.Method：Six wards in the obstetric ward were selected for study in the department that uniformly implemented PDA scanning and checking technology in our hospital.The incidence of medication errors of nurses in the two groups was recorded before and after the implementation of PDA scanning and checking technology（September 2016 to June 2017）.Result：Before the implementation of PDA scanning and checking technology,a total of 2 520 times and 2 540 times were given by nurses.Perform error total 24 times a former drugs（error factors included the execution time in advance or delay,patients,medication errors,way of medication errors and other errors five causes）,drug enforcement after the error to zero,after implementing effect drugs perform error was higher than before（0.63%0）,a drug related potential adverse events is higher than before（0.60%0） after practice.At the same time,the time error rate before administration was significantly higher than after administration（0.71%0）,and the incidence rate of potential adverse events of related drugs was also higher than after administration（0.79%0）.The data between the groups were all compared and there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PDA scanning and checking technology can significantly reduce the incidence of medication errors,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes to a certain extent,and have high clinical application value.
