摘要
目的:研究分析对食管癌放疗患者使用心理护理干预在其负面情绪、满意度方面的应用效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年5月笔者所在医院放疗科接受放射治疗的食管癌患者74例,随机分两组,对照组以常规模式护理,研究组在常规的基础上,实施心理护理干预,对比两种护理方法使用后患者的情绪、护理满意度情况。结果:研究组SDS评分为(51.14±4.02)分、SAS评分为(50.17±4.03)分,均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(97.30%)高于对照组(75.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上对食管癌放疗患者实施心理护理干预,可有效对其情绪、满意度情况加以改善,值得予以使用。
Objective：To study and analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and satisfaction of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Method：A total of 74 patients with esophageal cancer received radiotherapy from February 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was on the basis of routine psychological nursing intervention,and compared the emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two nursing methods after the use of the two nursing methods.Result： The SDS scores was（51.14±4.02） and SAS scores was（50.17±4.03） in the study group,were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.30%,the control group was 75.68%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy can effectively improve their mood and satisfaction, which is worth using.
