摘要
【目的】本实验旨在研究饲用油菜对哺乳期母羊体重、血液生化指标及乳成分的影响。【方法】22只母羊分为2组,全混合日粮制作的颗粒料为基础日粮,试验组添加鲜饲用油菜,记录体重、耗料,进行乳成分和血液生化指标测定分析。【结果】添加鲜饲用油菜的母羊增重0. 34 kg,略高于对照组(P> 0. 05),颗粒料日均采食量减少了0. 1 kg/只,总干物质采食量略有增加,试验组日均饲养成本比试验前增加了0. 2元/只;期末试验组母羊血清中CAT、GSH-PX、T-SOD的活力分别为6. 05 U/mL、139. 9 U、133. 4U/mL,均高于期初,MDA含量(6. 47 nmol/mL)明显下降,T-AOC在试验中期有所提高、后期(2. 54 U/m L)恢复至初始水平;试验组期末乳脂率5. 47%、显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),总固20. 76%、极显著高于对照组(P <0. 01),乳蛋白和乳糖分别为5. 93%和5. 06%,全期尿素氮19. 38 mg/dl、体细胞数136万。【结论】枯草季节添加鲜饲用油菜,对促进母羊产后体重恢复、增强机体抗氧化性、提高羊乳养分含量、维护乳房健康均具有一定积极作用。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this paper was to study the effect of forage rape on body weight, biochemical indexes, and milk compo- nent of lactating she-goat. [ Method] 22 goats were divided into two groups, the basal diets were pellets which were made from total mixed ration, and the fresh rape was added to the test group, measured and analyzed weight gain, consumption, milk composition and blood bio- chemical indexes. [ Result] The adding of fresh rape goat weight gain were 0.34 kg, higher than the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ), average daily intake of basal diets was reduced by 0.1 kg per head, dry matter intake increased slightly, and the daily feeding costs increased 0.2 yuan per head in the test group. The enzyme activity of serum CAT in test group was 6.05 U/mL at the end of the experiment, GSH-PX 139.9 U, T-SOD 133.4 U/mL, those were higher than the beginning, the content of MDA was significantly decreased, T-AOC improved in mid-term and recovered to the initial level in the end. The fat percentage of the test group was 5.47 %, total solid 20.76 %, those were higher than that of the control, milk protein was 5.93 % and lactose 5.06 % in the end, the whole period of urea nitrogen was 19.38 mg/dl, and so- matic cell count 1.36 × 10^6. [ Conclusion ] The fresh forage rape was beneficial for promoting postpartum goat weight recovery, enhancing an- tioxidant, improving milk nutrition, and maintaining breast health in hay season.
