上海某水厂10年进出厂水质情况及新地标实施可行性

Feasibility on Implementation of New Local Standard with Influent and Effluent Quality of a Water Plant in Shanghai for over 10 Years

摘要 上海市《生活饮用水水质标准》的发布,对上海水厂工艺控制提出了更高的要求。对上海某水厂十年进、出水浊度、色度、氨氮等数据汇总分析,发现该水厂原水自从黄浦江上游切换为青草沙水库后,水厂的出水水质大为改善,切换前后平均出水浊度降低了37.5%,出厂水色度降低了55.6%,出厂水氨氮降低了41.5%,出厂水耗氧量降低了59.5%。对照新地标的限制要求,分析认为该水厂全面实现新地标具有可行性。 Water Quality Standards for Drinking Water of Shanghai, published recently, proposes higher requirements on the process control of waterworks in Shanghai. Compared with the daily indicators including turbidity, chroma, NH3-N, COD of influent and effluent of the water plant, it is found that effluent water quality is improved after changing raw water from Huangpu River to Qingcaosha Reservoir. After raw water changing, average turbidity of effluent is reduced by 37. 5%, average chroma is reduced by 55.6%, average NH3-N is reduced by 41.5%, average CODMn is reduced by 59.5%, which can meet the requirement of Shanghai local standard.
