摘要
正确认识新时代档案工作的主要矛盾是发挥档案事业重要作用的前提。论文通过梳理中华人民共和国成立以来档案工作主要矛盾的发展变化，明确提出新时代档案工作的主要矛盾是“社会迅猛发展与档案事业发展相对滞后之间的矛盾”。从全社会的档案意识、档案部门的服务意识、信息技术的应用、档案事业管理体制活力、档案事业与社会各项事业的融合度五个方面分析了新时代背景下档案事业发展的相对滞后性，提出了密切档案事业与社会发展的关系，构建档案现代管理模式，加强档案文化建设，全维度、全过程破解新时代档案事业发展中的难题等应对策略。
A correct understanding of the principal contradiction of archival work in the New Era is a premise for the elaboration of archives cause. On the basis of sorting out the development of the principal contradictions of archival work since the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China,this paper clearly stated that the principal contradiction of archival work in the new era is the contradiction between the rapid development of society and the relative lag development of the archives cause.This paper analyzes the relative lag in the development of archives from the perspective of archival awareness of the whole society, service consciousness of archives department, application of information technology,vitality of archives manage- ment system, integration of archives and various social undertakings in the context of the new era.This pa- perproposesstrategies for the principal contradiction of archival work in the new era,such as close the rela- tionship between archives and social development, construct a modern management model of archives, strengthen the construction of archives culture, and solve the difflcultiesthrough the full dimensions and the whole process in the development of archivesin the New Era.
